If you want to update or you accidentally made an error on your delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once your order is sent to our packaging team, we are unable to make any changes.

Can i cancel an order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us within 1 hour after placing an order. Unfortunately, due to our packaging process once this deadline has passed then we are unable to stop the order.

Can I return an order/item for a refund?

No, unfortunately it is not possible as the products we sell are easily degradable

Can I change an item in my order for another?

Yes, you can but only if the orders has not been paid yet.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, we kindly ask you to you keep proof of this and send an image of it to us.
As you might understand, we will need to see photographic evidence of the package before we can resend your order. So please do not discard this before you have contacted us or we will not be able to re-send your order.

What are autoflowering/automatic seeds?

Autoflowering seeds is not a photoperiod cannabis plant. This means that it will start flowering according to its maturity. So it will flower even if the plants receives more sunlight than 12 hours. Ruderalis hybrids nowadays usually begin to flower between 21 and 30 days after the seeds have been planted, regardless of the light cycle. This is why most ruderalis hybrids are attributed as “autoflowering” strains.

What is the difference between regular, feminized and autoflowering seeds?

Regular seeds mean that the seeds are mixed with female and male seeds. These seeds are called regular seeds because they are produced in the “regular” natural way. The pollen from the male fertilizes the female, which in turn produces seeds.
Feminized seeds are seeds that are all female seeds. In this way you do not have to select male or female plants from your garden.
Autoflowering seeds are not a photoperiod cannabis plants. This means that it will start flowering according to its maturity. So it will flower even if the plants receives more sunlight than 12 hours.

What is the best way to germinate cannabis seeds?

For an optimal germination result we advise to soak the seeds for maximum 24 hours in water (Ph value 5.5 tot 6). After the 24 hours transport the seeds onto some paper towel. Place the paper towel in between 2 plates so the seeds will not receive sunlight. Check everyday if the towel is moist, if not use some water to moisten the paper towel. After a few days you will see the seeds popping open. Place the seeds with the root downwards in the soil.

My seeds haven’t germinated. What shall I do?

Some seeds will take longer to germinate. It could take up to 10 days for seeds to open up. Also always check the PH value of the water you use. Some areas have an extremely high PH value tap water. If the seeds still do not germinate, contact us

Do you send seeds in the original packaging?

Yes, we only send our seeds in the original packaging.

How long can cannabis seeds be stored for?

In time cannabis seeds will slowly loose their vitality. If you want to store your seeds, we recommend storing your seeds in a refrigerator. The temperature should be between 2-5°C.

How should I store cannabis seeds?

Keep in mind that germination rate will decrease naturally with time. That said, seeds stored in cool and dried place can last even more than a decade.

How long will my Cash take to arrive?

We recommend Cash as a payment method because of its simplicity and discreetness.
The address details will be provided by email on your invoice.

Depending on your bank, transfers can take between 1-5 working days to be processed.
As soon as we receive your transfer, we will send you a confirmation email and process your order.

Destination: Netherlands | Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
Destination: Europe | Delivery Time: 2 – 14 working days (Delivery times to Bulgaria, Russia and the Ukraine are nearer the maximum delivery times)
Destination: Worldwide | Delivery Time: 5 – 25 working days (Extended delays on parcels arriving in Brazil. Some orders are currently taking up to 40- 50 working days to arrive)

How will my order by shipped?

All orders are shipped with PostNL or DPD depending on the country of the order.

Do you deliver seeds to my country?

Yes, we ship to every country in the world but we strongly recommend you check your country and state laws to check that you can legally purchase the products we sell. All products sold on the website are legal for sale in the UK and Europe.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.

Where is my order?

We currently process and ship orders within 5 working days. (However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer), you will always receive a tracking code on the email used in the order.

My order has arrived, but with no seeds in it.

If your order arrives and has visibly been stopped by customs you will need to keep proof of this and send an image of it to us.
Your package will contain either a letter from customs or green tape around the package, marked Ministry of Agriculture, or both.

How do you pack and resend an order?

In the unfortunate circumstance that we need to resend your order, we will do so having removed the seeds from the original packing and placed them in a stealth cardboard.

What will my package look like?

All orders are sent in discreet packaging. We use neutral, protected envelopes for shipping orders, with no mention whatsoever of the content of the package.

Are postage prices included in the price of products?

No, you will be charged for shipping separately and according to what you are ordering and where your order is going to be sent to.
