What types of payment do you accept?
We decided that instead of looking at a nice cannabis plant, our strain information is more important. We noticed that a lot of customers make his/her choice by looking at pictures. We believe that a consumer must check what kind of properties and effect a strain has and is most suited for the consumers’ needs and wishes.
What are your company’s bank-payment details?
Our bank details will be given to you when you have selected bank/wire transfer as your payment method during the checkout process.
How do I pay by cash?
These code are our banking details. You need to use them when paying by bank transfer
How long will my Cash take to arrive?
We recommend Cash as a payment method because of its simplicity and discreetness.
The address details will be provided by email on your invoice.
Place your cash into an envelope (Only Euros). Coins are not accepted and could result in your cash being lost. Round up your cash total if required.
Please do not send a different currency to the ones requested.

My credit card has been overcharged
Depending on your location, your cash may take up to 30 working days to arrive.
Once your cash has arrived, we will process your order and make that you receive your parcel as quickly as possible.
My payment was declined
When you place an order with us, our card processor will contact your payment card’s issuing bank to confirm that your card has a valid number, and hasn’t been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via an authorization for the full purchase and the transaction completes. However, if this authorization has not been received by our card processor then we do not proceed with the charge. Your bank may however hold this charge as pending on your account for between 7 – 10 business days before returning it to you.
My order was canceled but I have a pending charge on my card

What will appear on my bank statement?
On your bank or creditcard statement it will show your order number plus ‘Foline B.V.’. So there is no concern that it will mention Sumo Seeds or Cannabis for that matter.
So don’t worry about a thing!
How long does a bank transfer/wire transfer take to arrive?
Depending on your bank, transfers can take between 1-5 working days to be processed.
As soon as we receive your transfer, we will send you a confirmation email and process your order.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept orders made via phone call.
Do you accept Paypal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal as a method of payment.
